What i have done to deserve being a third time (been here 3 outta last six months) in six months?
The F&B union here has way to much power....and nobody steps up to them.
It's absolutely ridicoulous-these people want to work when there is no work to be done.
They call off consistently on busy days...I've since made future schedules to hurt them in their wallets. I hope it will be a lesson learned-they work for my company-not the union.

Anyway, looking forward to getting back home.....may i never be here again (for work)
